We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our team.
Our new management team structure presents a dynamic environment, where the Technical Director will play a pivotal role in helping to lead the company forward, aligning technical excellence with business objectives and growth.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with extensive expertise in both Civil and Structural design engineering. In this role, they will lead a team of 14: engineers and technicians, offering technical guidance and support while helping to shape and communicate the company’s vision, values, and strategic direction. Their efforts will contribute to driving sustainability, fostering growth, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring profitability whilst providing technical support, steering the company towards continued success and long-term growth.
In our team you will have responsibility for upholding our recently launched in-house technical standards, ensuring that we comply fully with all local and national legislation and ensuring all our designs remain commercial, buildable and safe.
Implements strategic direction and management to projects, in varied sectors, from a technical perspective, from lessons learned, successes, tools, best practices and cross-pollination.
